MathArt: Mathematics in the Arts & Sciences – 6-week Unit Study

Many homeschoolers are afraid to veer from the usual mathematics curriculum with fears that their child won’t get what they need to succeed in mathematics. Rather, looking at mathematics from a more integrated and global perspective not only will enliven and enrich your current mathematics curriculum experience, your learners will be inspired to create projects, activities and experiences that will make them lifelong learners and actually LOVE to study the connections there are between the natural world, the arts, technology and mathematics. In short, they’ll receive a more full and broad sense of how to use mathematics and how to see it in everyday life after taking this class. *PLEASE NOTE: All classes are taught from a neutral worldview. I do not address origins, either Creation nor Evolution in my direct teaching.
